Chef de Partie – School Catering We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our busy and friendly school catering team. Working alongside a team of 6 chefs and 8–10 kitchen assistants , you will help prepare and cook nutritious, high-quality meals for approximately 1,300 pupils each day . This is an excellent opportunity for a chef who enjoys working in a structured environment with sociable hours and takes pride in delivering great food for children. Key Responsibilities Prepare ingredients and carry out daily food preparation. Assist with the cooking and service of meals for around 1,200 pupils. Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and portion control. Follow food hygiene, allergen and health & safety procedures at all times. Work efficiently as part of a large, supportive kitchen team. Help with kitchen cleaning and organisation as required.
