Chef de Partie Location: Wyboston / Bedford AreaSalary: £31,200 £33,280 per annum DOEEquivalent to £15.00 £16.00 per hourHours: 40 hours per weekContract: Permanent, Full-Time Interaction Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Chef de Partie to join a busy and well-established leisure, spa and hotel venue.This is a permanent, full-time opportunity working 40 hours per week within a modern, fast-paced kitchen environment. The venue operates across three different catering areas, with this position based primarily within the leisure venue kitchen, supporting hotel, spa and walk-in guests.The style of food is very different from traditional fine dining or formal events catering. This is a high-volume, on-trend menu focused around popular street-food style dishes including smash burgers, wings, loaded fries and other quick-service meals.We are therefore looking for a Chef de Partie who enjoys working at pace, can respond quickly to changing demand and thrives in a busy service environment.
