Manage your section to consistently deliver exceptional dishes.

Work with the finest seasonal and local Welsh produce.

Support senior chefs in menu development and event delivery.

Train and guide Commis Chefs, helping to nurture future talent.

Uphold the highest standards of food hygiene, health and safety, and compliance.

Contribute to the smooth running of weddings, events, and private dining experiences.

About You

Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in luxury hotels, fine dining, or high-end events.

A genuine passion for local ingredients and creative cooking.

Strong organisational skills and ability to work clean and efficiently.

A positive, collaborative approach with ambition to grow and develop.

Resilience and focus under pressure in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
