Servingbreakfast, lunch and dinner, a sizeable a la carte menushowcases the very best seasonal offerings, largely sourced from a close networkofsmall farmers andsuppliers from acrossthe UK. A tasting menu with matching wine flights is also available on both floors.

Everything is made in-house wherever possible: fromcharcuterie and breadto jams,juices and pickles.As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for the following:Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within your speciality;Working within a team on a section of the kitchenFollowing HandS regulationsDemonstrating a respectful attitude and responding respectfully to management.
