Based at an award-winning fine dining restaurant in Ascot, this permanent Chef de Partie role suits a skilled cook with sharp attention to detail and real enthusiasm for refined British cooking. Working Tuesday to Saturday plus Sunday lunch, the position enjoys set days off each Monday and Tuesday, with Sunday service finishing by 5pm. The successful applicant will run a section, prepare beautifully presented plates, and uphold exacting standards using superb produce. A competitive salary of £38,000 per annum is offered, alongside meals on duty, chances to learn from a talented senior brigade, and clear progression prospects.

The restaurant champions modern British cuisine, offering lunch and dinner from Tuesday to Saturday, as well as Sunday lunch. We are seeking a Chef de Partie with exceptional attention to detail and a genuine passion for refined, beautifully presented dishes.

Chef de Partie Benefits:

Competitive salary of andpound;38,000 per annum

Chef de Partie Requirements:

A minimum of three yearsandrsquo; experience working within reputable restaurants or hotels
A self£motivated Chef de Partie with a strong eye for detail and a genuine desire to learn and progress
A stable and proven employment history is essential
Candidates must live locally and be able to commute to Ascot daily, as accommodation cannot be provided
