This permanent Chef de Partie position in London sits within a distinguished Mediterranean brasserie inside a luxury hotel. Working 45 hours weekly across one double and four single shifts, the successful candidate starts as early as 9am and finishes no later than midnight. Pay combines minimum wage with tronc, totalling £16 to £24 hourly. Chef de Partie requirements:
