About the Role
This permanent Chef de Partie position with H&C Solutions sits in the heart of Soho, London, within a new restaurant serving modern European dishes in a premium-casual setting. The kitchen is brand new and equipped to a high standard, accommodating up to 60 covers. Working 45 hours weekly, the successful candidate will run a designated section, prepare ingredients, and maintain consistency during service under an experienced management team. Strong knife skills, food hygiene knowledge, and the ability to work calmly under pressure are essential. The operation will feature a brand£new, state£of£the£art kitchen and accommodate up to 60 guests at any one time. Chef de Partie benefits:
- 45 hours per week.

- Paid every 4 weeks, 13 times per year.

Chef de Partie requirements:
- A skilled and creative Chef de Partie who is eager to develop their craft under the guidance of an award£winning Head Chef, gaining exposure to modern techniques and high£quality produce.
- Minimum three yearsandrsquo; experience working in professional kitchens, ideally within reputable restaurants, hotels, or premium£casual dining environments.
- A stable employment history demonstrating commitment, reliability, and a genuine passion for the industry.
- A positive, team£focused attitude, with the ability to collaborate effectively, support colleagues, and contribute to a motivated, high£performing kitchen brigade.
