About the Role

The Chef de Partie position in London involves joining a well-regarded gastro pub in the southwest of the city, operating as a permanent role. This establishment serves an à la carte menu, bar snacks, and a notable Sunday roast, serving approximately 30 to 90 covers daily across a seven-day schedule. The role includes working five days per week, totalling 48 hours, with a competitive salary. Key responsibilities involve modern British cooking techniques, supported by in-house training under a Head Chef with Michelin experience. The main kitchen team comprises over seven members. The location is within a ten-minute walk from Fulham Station.

This establishment is more than just a gastro pub, it is huge part of the local neighbourhood offering a beautiful a la carte menu, quirky bar snacks and a famous Sunday roast! If you were to join the team, you will be joining your second family!

Chef de Partie benefits:

Amazing salary of andpound;38,000 per annum which is based on 48 hours.

You must a good foundation of knowledge and training with fresh seasonal produce.
