This permanent Chef de Partie role in London sits within an exclusive boutique Mayfair hotel, where rooms start at £380 per night. The kitchen, led by an influential Executive Chef with a modern European background, runs a single main operation staffed by 20 chefs, covering a 20-cover fine dining restaurant, banqueting, and a popular afternoon tea service. Working 48 hours per week, the successful candidate will manage a designated section, prepare high-quality dishes, and uphold exacting standards. A competitive salary of £38,000 per annum applies, with meals and uniform supplied on duty. Strong technical cooking ability and composure under pressure are essential.

Chef de Partie Requirements:

All Chef de Partie applicants must have a stable employment history.
You should have at least three years working experience in professional kitchens.
Previous experience working within luxury hotels or fine dining restaurants is a must.
The successful Chef de Partie will have a great attitude, keen to learn and have a great eye for detail.
