This permanent Chef de Partie position sits within a celebrated grand British restaurant, live music venue and drinks lounge in Canary Wharf, London. The kitchen champions the finest British produce, serving lunch and dinner, with a solid brigade and strong management structure in place. Working 48 hours across seven shifts each week, the successful candidate rotates through all sections, so versatility and composure under pressure matter. Pay is competitive: £38,000 including house tronc, plus surplus tronc, alongside free meals on duty and 50% dining discount for up to four guests. Canary Wharf Station is nearby, and training or rotation onto other sections is encouraged.

Chef de Partie requirements:

Seeking an accomplished Chef de Partie who is able to rotate on all sections within the kitchen.
Ideal candidate should have a strong background in reputable restaurants, gastro pubs, or hotels, and be able to perform at a high standard.
Applicants must be highly organised, self-driven, and passionate about working with premium seasonal ingredients.
The ideal Chef de Partie must be confident to work in a high volume establishment.
Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of Canary Wharf.
