Our client is an iconic neighbourhood British restaurant and live music venue, offering a unique guest dining experience on a daily basis! They boast two separate bars, a private cigar lounge and a spacious restaurant floor seating up to 160 guests. The restaurant consistently have 40 guests for lunch and 70+ for dinner on a daily basis. They have a very strong senior management team and will allow for you to gradually settle in before physically undertaking your position.
Chef de Partie benefits:
- Strong kitchen team andndash; only 1 position available within a brigade of 8
- Contracted hourly rate of pay - andpound;16.50 per hour (could be more)

Chef de Partie requirements:
- Previous experience working in the same job role will be ideal.
- A strong Chef de Partie with a stable and proven background working in upmarket and busy restaurants.
- A Chef de Partie that is well organised and can work well within a united team.
