The kitchen operates with a small, close£knit brigade of five chefs, so we are seeking a strong and reliable Chef de Partie who thrives in a busy, quality£driven environment. Service covers approximately 50andndash;60 guests for lunch and up to 150 for dinner, offering an exciting pace and the chance to work with exceptional produce. Chef de Partie Benefits:

Chef de Partie Requirements:

Previous experience with high£end Italian cuisine is essential.
A minimum of three yearsandrsquo; experience working in professional kitchens.
