Chef de Partie requirements:

Seeking an accomplished Chef de Partie who is able to rotate on all sections within the kitchen.
Ideal candidate should have a strong background in reputable restaurants, gastro pubs, or hotels, and be able to perform at a high standard.
Applicants must be highly organised, self-driven, and passionate about working with premium seasonal ingredients.
The ideal Chef de Partie must be confident to work in a high volume establishment.
Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of Canary Wharf.
