This Chef de Partie role is based in a 130-cover restaurant within an affluent West London neighbourhood, a five-minute walk from Hammersmith station. The establishment offers a modern British menu, sourcing premium local produce. The permanent position includes a salary between £37,000 and £40,000 per annum, with a 48-hour week structured as one double (8am to 11pm) and four singles, over five days. Working alongside 18+ colleagues in the main kitchen and pastry section, the role requires strong organisational skills, proficiency in fresh produce preparation, and the ability to maintain standards during 50-60 lunch covers and 100+ dinner covers. Chef de Partie Requirements:

A highly competent and confident Chef de Partie capable of running a kitchen section whilst motivating and training, junior members with the kitchen brigade.
A passionate and professional chef that is well organised and can work well within a team.
A Chef de Partie with a strong background working within reputable seasonal led establishments.
A Chef de Partie who can adapt well to different kitchen sections.
Previous experience working with British cuisine would be desirable.
