Chef de Partie Requirements:


  • A reliable, organised Chef de Partie with strong experience in fresh food kitchens Comfortable working in a small team and leading sections independently
  • Knowledge of HACCP, Food Alert, and kitchen compliance
  • Confident with stock management, ordering, and maintaining kitchen standards
  • Keen to contribute ideas and support ongoing menu development
  • A background in reputable pubs, restaurants, or hotels, with a track record of consistency, professionalism, and high standards
