Chef de Partie Requirements:

A reliable, organised Chef de Partie with strong experience in fresh food kitchens Comfortable working in a small team and leading sections independently
Knowledge of HACCP, Food Alert, and kitchen compliance
Confident with stock management, ordering, and maintaining kitchen standards
Keen to contribute ideas and support ongoing menu development
A background in reputable pubs, restaurants, or hotels, with a track record of consistency, professionalism, and high standards
