About the Role

As Chef de Partie, you will join the kitchen brigade of a celebrated gastro pub in southwest London, a fixture of the local neighbourhood. This permanent role offers a salary of £38,000 per annum, based on a 48-hour week across five days with seven shifts. You will work with modern British produce and techniques, preparing an à la carte menu, quirky bar snacks, and a renowned Sunday roast. Guidance from a Michelin-starred Head Chef supports your development, while the main kitchen team numbers over seven. With around 30 to 90 covers daily, this position demands solid culinary skills and a commitment to quality in a 7-day operation.

This establishment is more than just a gastro pub, it is huge part of the local neighbourhood offering a beautiful a la carte menu, quirky bar snacks and a famous Sunday roast! Chef de Partie benefits:

Chef De Partie Requirements:

We are looking for a highly driven, ambitious, and competent Chef de Partie.
You must a good foundation of knowledge and training with fresh seasonal produce.
A loyal, committed, and reliable Chef de Partie that can work well under pressure.
A chef de partie who is passionate about cooking and working with the very best produce.
Someone who is creative able to take inspiration from the produce in front of them.
