Essential Requirements Minimum 2-3 years'' professional chef experience Experience working in high-volume or contract catering environments  Valid Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 2 minimum) Food Allergens Certificate (preferred) Full chef uniform including: Chef whites Safety shoes (mandatory) Knives  An Enhanced DBS is advantageous but not essential, as some assignments may require one.
