We are seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to lead our sandwich section . You will be responsible for the preparation, assembly, and presentation of high-quality sandwiches, ensuring consistency, flavor, and visual appeal at all times. This is a key role in maintaining kitchen standards and enhancing guest satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and present all sandwiches to the highest standards of taste and presentation
Manage mise en place for the sandwich section, including prepping ingredients and ensuring freshness
Maintain strict hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards at all times
Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management for sandwich ingredients
Adapt to dietary requests and assist in developing menu items with the Head Chef
Requirements:
Proven experience in a similar kitchen environment
Creativity and a passion for delivering modern, high-quality food
Organizational and time-management skills
Food Safety Level 2 certification (Level 3 is a plus)
