As part of a creative kitchen team you will assist the Head Chef in serving food of a AA rosette standard. Live in is available on site for relocating candidates.Salary and Benefits

The RoleReporting to the Head Chef you will be assisted by junior chefsWorking in the Rosette standard kitchen using fresh, local and seasonal ingredientsPreparing meals for lunch and dinner serviceDeputising for Head Chef

The PersonYou will already be a Chef de Partie or Sous Chef who can work on all sectionsAble to work unsupervised and develop a junior team membersHave experience of working in a 1AA rosette hotel, pub or restaurant kitchenGood attention to detail
