Chef de partie required with FREE live in for a traditional English pub & Restaurant in Somerset. This establishment offers accommodation on site within the village but due to limited public transport, own transport is required. Chef de partie, to run a section, £30k, free live in. 


The role
As a chef de partie you will run a section in the kitchen, this is a small team. They serve local steaks, homemade burgers, pub classics, local meats. You will prep the fridge and cook in service. This role will include all the standard chef de partie duties. 


Experience
We are looking for a chef at chef de partie level to work inb this traditional pub kitchen. You will have good knife skills, be able to work in a small team and due to the location, have your own transport
