We''re seeking a strong, motivated Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at a lively and well-established pub in the heart of the Cairngorms National Park. This is a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen serving elevated pub classics in a venue known for its atmosphere, reputation and consistently busy trade.
This role is ideal for a chef who enjoys volume, thrives in a close-knit team and is looking for a lifestyle change that combines solid earnings with one of Scotland''s best outdoor locations.
 
On Offer:

• £14.50 per hour, paid weekly
• Great tips, paid weekly
• Average 45-hour working week
• Live-in accommodation available
  • Single room in shared flat
  • £60 per week (no dogs)
• Small, strong and supportive kitchen team
• Starters and desserts section as your core responsibility

Key Responsibilities:

• Run starters and desserts to a consistently high standard
• Work efficiently during high-volume services
• Maintain excellent organisation, prep and section control
• Uphold high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and food safety
• Support teammates and contribute to a positive kitchen culture
• Work collaboratively in a small team during busy split-shift services
