Chef de Partie - Events VenueLocation: LondonStart Date: September 2026Salary: 35,000 per annumHours: 40 hours per weekDays: Predominantly weekends off, with occasional evening workThe Role:We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at a prestigious events venue in London.This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who enjoys working in a professional, high-quality environment while offering an excellent work-life balance.The successful candidate will have a strong background in hotel and events catering, alongside proven fine dining experience and a genuine passion for delivering consistently high standards.Key Responsibilities:- Working as part of a professional kitchen team delivering high-quality food for events and functions.- Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to a consistently high standard.- Supporting different sections of the kitchen as required.- Maintaining excellent food quality, presentation and hygiene standards.- Working efficiently during busy events and services.- Supporting the Sous Chefs and wider kitchen team.- Ensuring all preparation is completed to the required standard and within agreed timeframes.The Ideal Candidate:- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a hotel, events venue or high-end restaurant.- Fine dining experience is essential.- Strong events and banqueting experience is highly desirable.- Excellent technical and organisational skills.- Able to work calmly and efficiently under ..... full job details .....
