Chef de Partie - Events and Conference VenueLocation: LondonSalary: /per annumHours: 45 hours per weekSchedule: Predominantly Monday to Friday, with some weekend eventsStart Date: ASAPThe Role:We are currently recruiting for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at a prestigious events and conference venue in London.This is an excellent opportunity for a Chef de Partie with a strong hotel and banqueting background who is looking to join a professional and well-established operation.The role is predominantly Monday to Friday, providing a good work-life balance, although flexibility is required as the venue hosts some weekend events throughout the year.Key Responsibilities:- Preparing, cooking and presenting food to a consistently high standard.- Working across different sections of the kitchen as required.- Supporting the delivery of conferences, events and banqueting functions.- Ensuring all mise en place is completed to a high standard and on time.- Maintaining excellent food hygiene, health and safety standards.- Working efficiently during busy services and large-scale events.- Supporting the Sous Chef and wider kitchen team.- Maintaining a clean, organised and professional working environment.The Ideal Candidate:- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie within a hotel, events or banqueting environment.- Strong hotel and banqueting experience is essential.- Experience working in high-volume event and conference catering.- Good knowledge of professional ..... full job details .....
