We are recruiting for a talented CDP or events chef for our market leading clients who operate this outside catering company supplying bespoke event catering to clients throughout Yorkshire

With the head offices and production kitchen based in Leeds, our clients are currently looking to recruit a professional Chef de Partie to work in the production kitchen in Leeds and work on the events in the various venues alongside the experienced team of talented chefs.

The idea Chef de Partie will be able to demonstrate:-Have experience working in a fresh food background, and working within events or banqueting-Understand local and seasonal produce-Have experience maintaining high standards of food hygiene, due diligence, HACCP recording and latest allergen regulations-Being an enthusiastic chef who is a quick learner and happy to work in varied environments

This would suit a talented CDP looking for a fantastic work/life balance and working in challenging and changing surroundings on a weekly basis, it is never dull as an event caterer!
