What''s involved?

Ideally looking for someone with experience in working in a team of 5/6 Chefs. As Chef De Partie, you will need to support the Senior Chefs in all day to day kitchen matters. You will have opportunity for menu input. This role would suit anyone from a 2 AA Rosette background.
