Hours : 40 to 45 hours per week Between 7am & 6pm

Your role
As Chef de Partie, you''ll play a key part in the kitchen team:

• Prepare ingredients and maintaining quality and consistency
• Section management, ensuring every dish meets high standards
• Maintain hygiene and food safety across all kitchen areas
• Support stock rotation, labelling, and minimise food waste
• Work closely with the kitchen and Front of House teams during busy periods
• Continuously develop your culinary skills through hands-on experience

What we''re looking for

• Proven experience in high-quality kitchens
• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Professional Cookery
• Creative, passionate, with pride in flavour, presentation, and seasonal cooking
• Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Eligible to work in the UK
