What you''ll be doing:
-Following specifications to prepare and cook food to a high standard
-Ensuring quality and consistency of dishes
-Maintaining cleanliness and upholding hygiene standards
-Working across a range of sections, depending on locations

Requirements:
-At least 2 years experience as a chef de partie
-Knowledge of food safety and hygiene
-Ability to work in fast paced environments
