Our client is a well-established hotel and golf club set within beautiful countryside surroundings, offering high-quality dining across its restaurant, events, and function spaces. The kitchen delivers food for weddings, corporate events, golf days, and daily service, with a strong focus on quality, consistency, and guest experience.

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join a professional and supportive kitchen team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated chef looking to progress their career in a well-structured environment.

You will play a key role in maintaining high culinary standards across all food outlets, working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef.

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standard
• Take ownership of a designated section of the kitchen
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and timely service
• Maintain excellent hygiene and food safety standards
• Support and mentor junior members of the kitchen team
• Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste
• Contribute ideas for menu development and seasonal changes

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, or a strong Commis Chef ready to step up
• A genuine passion for food with strong attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm and organised in a busy kitchen environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and event service
