The Role:Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chefs in the smooth day-to-day operation of the kitchenEnsure all food is prepared and presented to the highest standardsMaintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, adhering to strict health and safety regulationsSupport and mentor junior chefs where necessary, ensuring a collaborative team environmentDemonstrate flexibility and adaptability, particularly during busy service periodsManage the section efficiently, ensuring all tasks are completed on time

About you:Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role within a high-quality kitchen environmentStrong understanding of food safety standards and kitchen hygiene protocolsAbility to remain calm and composed under pressure while managing time effectivelyGenuine passion for producing high-quality dishes and a dedication to culinary excellenceStrong communication skills and the ability to work well in a teamFlexibility to cover shifts as required, including evenings and weekends
