Experienced Chef de Partie wanted for flexible, ongoing agency work in London!We are currently seeking skilled Chef de Parties to join our growing team of chefs working across some of the capitals most exciting venues including 5-star hotels, restaurants, private members clubs, event caterers and corporate sites.This is the perfect opportunity for chefs who enjoy working in varied environments, have strong attention to detail, and are confident running their own section.The Role:Working in a variety of professional kitchens across LondonSupporting the Head and Sous Chef in the daily operation of the kitchenRunning your own section and ensuring consistent high standardsPreparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishesMaintaining cleanliness and food hygiene standards at all timesRequirements:A minimum of 2 years experience as a Chef de PartieAbility to work independently and as part of a brigadeExperience in fresh food kitchens or high-end hospitalityExcellent communication and organisation skillsFull uniform - chefs whites, safety shoes, set of knives, and valid right to work in the UKLevel 2 Food Hygiene CertificateWhat We Offer:
