We are renowned for delivering exceptional weddings alongside charity events, corporate meetings and flagship company events, with catering provided both on-site and at venues across the region, all supported by a professional and friendly team.We are now seeking a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade and play a key role in delivering high-quality food across weddings, banqueting and external catering events.What you''ll be doingRun your designated kitchen section during prep and service, ensuring smooth and efficient deliveryPrepare and cook consistently high-quality food for weddings, private events, corporate functions and external catering eventsSupport food production across both onsite and offsite operationsMaintain excellent standards of food presentation, consistency and portion controlEnsure all prep is completed to specification and within required timescalesWork closely with Sous Chefs and Head Chef to deliver smooth serviceAssist with stock rotation, storage and waste controlMaintain a clean, organised and efficient section at all timesFollow all food safety, hygiene, HACCP and allergen ..... full job details .....
