You''ll work across breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner services, giving you exposure to a broad range of cookery while learning from a settled kitchen team with a reputation for developing people and staff retention. Whether you''ve learned your trade in high-volume kitchens and want to refine your skills, or you''ve come from a more technical background and want to master consistency at volume, this is the sort of environment where good chefs tend to progress. The business is part of a respected Edinburgh hospitality group currently investing heavily in its venues and people. Menus are being refreshed, kitchens upgraded, training expanded, and development programmes rolled out across the group.
