Are you a skilled chef with a passion for fine dining and exceptional service£ We are recruiting experienced hospitality chefs to join our temp agency and work across a range of high-end contract catering sites, including corporate hospitality, private events, and luxury venues.
About the Role:
Youandrsquo;ll be working in professional kitchens delivering high-quality dishes to discerning clients. Assignments vary from plated banquets and canapandeacute; receptions to andagrave; la carte service in executive dining rooms. This is an ideal opportunity for chefs who thrive in elegant, fast-paced environments and enjoy variety in their work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present fine dining dishes to a high standard
- Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety practices
- Adapt quickly to different kitchen teams and service styles
- Support with mise en place, service, and clean-down as required
Requirements:
- Proven experience in fine dining, hospitality, or high-end contract catering
- Chef qualifications or relevant kitchen experience (CDP level and above)
- Strong understanding of allergens, HACCP, and kitchen compliance
- Professional appearance and punctuality
- Own chef whites, knives, and safety shoes
