What''s on offer:
- Salary in the region of andpound;27,000 - andpound;30,000 DOE

The role:
- Running and taking ownership of your section during busy services (20-80 covers depending on season and occupancy)
- Preparing fresh, seasonal dishes to multi-rosette standards
- Supporting the Head and Sous Chefs with ordering and stock control
