About the Role
Chef De Partie positions are available in Grimsby through Berkeley Scott, offering temporary placements with immediate starts and weekly pay every Friday. This role suits culinary professionals seeking adaptable shift patterns across schools, care homes, contract catering, conference venues, hotels, and restaurants. Responsibilities include preparing and cooking dishes to specification, maintaining hygiene standards, and supervising junior staff where required. Applicants should possess previous kitchen experience, whether as a Commis Chef, Sous Chef, or Head Chef. The contract includes holiday pay, with flexible working hours to accommodate various schedules. A committed and adaptable approach is essential, as placements vary by client and setting.
