About the Role
Berkeley Scott is seeking a Chef De Partie for a temporary assignment in Central London. A Level 2 Food Safety and Allergen Certificate is required, though training can be provided. The role offers holiday pay.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in UK
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and creativity
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Relevant culinary qualifications
- Level 2 Food Safety Certificate and Allergen Certificate (if you do not have training to be given to secure)
