CDP to join a dynamic kitchen team at one of Altrinchams most popular restaurants.This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious chef to work with fresh, seasonal produce and support the Head Chef in delivering high-quality, creative dishes in a fast-paced, vibrant environment.What youll be doing:Assisting the Head Chef in the daily running of the kitchen
Leading and motivating the team in their absence
Ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation across all dishes
Contributing ideas for menus and specials
Maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety
What I''m looking for:Previous experience as a CDP
A passion for fresh, modern food
Strong organisational and leadership skills
A positive, hands-on attitude
