We re working with an established independent hospitality business in the Wokingham area who are looking for a passionate and reliable Chef de Partie to join their kitchen team. This is a great opportunity for a chef who takes real pride in their food, enjoys working with fresh, seasonal ingredients and wants to continue developing within a supportive and professional kitchen environment. The role Working as part of an experienced kitchen team, you ll take responsibility for your section and play an important part in delivering consistently high standards throughout service. Your responsibilities will include: Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to a consistently high standard Taking ownership of your section during preparation and service Ensuring quality and presentation standards are maintained Keeping your section organised, clean and well prepared Monitoring stock levels and supporting effective stock control Maintaining excellent food hygiene and safety standards Working closely with the wider kitchen team during busy services Supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive kitchen environment About you We re looking for someone who is passionate about cooking and comfortable working within a busy fresh-food kitchen.
