This role requires excellent attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and a proactive approach to supporting the smooth operation of the kitchen.Pay and Benefits£13.00 per hour for the initial 12-week probationary period.Upon successful completion of the probationary period, candidates will be offered a permanent contract with an annual salary of £36,000.Rotating shifts, Monday to Saturday:6:00am - 2:00pm2:00pm - 10:00pmKey ResponsibilitiesPrepare and organise daily workflow to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently, methodically, and in accordance with hygiene standards.Clean and maintain preparation areas, storage facilities, cooking stations, and equipment.Operate kitchen machinery and equipment safely and in line with company procedures.Prepare and cook products according to approved recipes and specifications.Monitor and maintain appropriate cooking temperatures and food safety controls.Ensure no product is released to high-risk areas without authorisation from the Shift Chef.Maintain accurate records of batch codes, use-by dates, and recipe documentation to support product traceability.Assist with ingredient preparation and assembly ..... full job details .....
