Class 1 Personnel are working with a client based in Cambridge to recruit a Chef for their Sites in the city centre. This is an excellent opportunity for a Chef to work in a stable environment with a strong reputation for delivering great food. The roleAs a Chef, you will be responsible for all aspects of service, including prep and cooking worth within a brigade in an education setting. Hospitality and Catering: Main job entails:Food preparationService to the highest standardOverseeing kitchen cleanliness Key skills:A confident, self-motivated, and driven person.Maintain high standards for food quality and customer service.Ideally experience in delivering good quality mealsKnowledge of food safety and HAACPDBS - Enhanced DBS is requiredLevel 2 Food Hygiene Certificate In this role you will be working in a well-established education centre and will be responsible for assisting the smooth running of service throughout the week.
