About the Role
Berkeley Scott is seeking a Chef for a permanent role at a fresh food cafe near Rugby. This position involves preparing all ingredients in house and serving 60-80 guests daily, with daytime shifts from 8am to 4pm. The role offers a salary of £30,000 per annum, bonus incentives, meals on site, and free parking with rotating weekends. The ideal candidate will integrate well into the team, possess a positive attitude, and focus on producing quality fresh food without seeking accolades. Capability to manage the kitchen in the head chef's absence is required.
