Reporting to the General Manager, with the oversight of an experienced executive chef you will have the opportunity to showcase your culinary creativity, manage kitchen staff, and lead implementation of new menus.Overall ResponsibilitiesWork with the Executive Chef to develop the right menus for the locationLead a team to excellence in quality and serviceOversee the kitchen management and teamHSE monitoring and awarenessWork with the Club House teams, to ensure great customer service at all times.Skills and KnowledgePassion for great foodAbility to work efficiently and competently under pressure.Understand budgeting and expensesMange waste and stock lossStaff trainingA natural cook with a flair for developing othersAbility to communicate at all levels.Hold food hygiene certification.Ability to work independently and make effective decisions.Flexible schedule, ability to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays as needed.Driver required doe to remote locationPlease note candidates only eligible to live and work in the UK should ..... full job details .....
