A popular American-themed restaurant in Ormesby St Margaret is looking to recruit an experienced chef.They are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced chef to join their kitchen team.The restaurant is open throughout the year. We are happy to consider applicants who are looking for both full-time and part-time work. Shifts can include evenings and weekends in a busy kitchen.Responsibilities will include:- Preparing a variety of dishes from the menu- Maintaining hygiene standards in the kitchen- Ordering stock and taking deliveries; ensuring that ingredients are stored at the correct temperature- Ensuring that meals are prepared in a timely manner with correct portionsThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and popular family-run business with an excellent reputation.To be considered for this position, you must:- Have at least 12 months experience as a chef- Communicate well and be able to multi-task- Have a good awareness of food safety and hygiene standards- Ideally have grill experienceRelocators are welcome to apply and accommodation can be provided at a favourable rate.
