The Role:

£ Structural defect surveys – diagnosing issues, providing expert recommendations
£ Mentoring and developing junior engineers – supporting the next generation of talent
£ Project leadership – overseeing structural designs from concept to completion
£ Client engagement – liaising with developers, architects, and stakeholders
£ Pathway to Director – take a lead role in shaping the company’s future

What they are looking for:

£ Chartered (IStructE or ICE) or near Chartered status
£ Strong experience in structural defect surveys and assessments
£ Leadership qualities – ability to mentor and manage junior engineers
£ Proven track record in delivering structural projects across multiple sectors
