Are you a MRICS or FRICS qualified professional with two years post qualification experience? We are supporting their recruitment for a Chartered Surveyor to join their team on a permanent contract. We are looking for a full or part time Chartered Surveyor to work within a professional services team. If you have experience with commercial rent reviews and lease renewals, an attention to detail and good communication skills, then we want to hear from you. Chartered Surveyor main duties: Inspecting and measuring office, industrial and retail premises Preparing rent review / lease renewal reports and researching comparable Reporting to the client with our recommendations Negotiating with the Landlord / Tenant or the other sides Surveyor Chartered Surveyor required skills and experience: MRICS or FRICS with two years post qualification experience Knowledge of Landlord and Tenant negotiations (rent review and Lease renewals) Knowledge of Co-Star or similar comparable databases Understanding of lease agreements and tenant relations Training provided to provide RICS Valuations An immediate start is available.
