This is an excellent opportunity for a property professional with strong land acquisition and rural property experience to support a range of land and property projects. Location: Mansfield with travel to various sites (2-3 days per week onsite/site visits) Key Responsibilities Acquire land and property rights and interests to support operational programmes. Undertake land and property inspections in line with health and safety procedures. Carry out property due diligence for acquisitions and ongoing projects. Review sites and provide professional advice and recommendations to senior stakeholders. Engage and negotiate with landowners, occupiers, agents, local authorities and other stakeholders.
