Lead and negotiate lease renewals, lease reviews and rent reviews, ensuring favourable outcomes and compliance with statutory requirements. Prepare and oversee asset valuations, tender documentation and property appraisals. Manage property disposals, including sales by private treaty and public auction. Investigate and resolve land encroachment, boundary and occupation issues, working with legal advisers where necessary. Deliver and oversee industrial unit refurbishment and improvement projects, including procurement, contractor management, budget control and project delivery. Monitor properties identified on the risk register, implementing mitigation measures and reporting on asset-related risks.
