An independent property and construction consultancy are looking to appoint an experienced Chartered Quantity Surveyor to join their London team.

The Chartered Quantity Surveyor''s Role

As a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, you''ll take ownership of your own portfolio, delivering pre and post contract cost consultancy services across a diverse range of projects.

You''ll be involved throughout the project lifecycle, from early-stage cost planning and feasibility through to procurement, tendering, cost reporting, contract administration and final accounts.

This role would suit a technically strong and commercially minded Chartered Quantity Surveyor who values autonomy, client exposure and the opportunity to make a genuine contribution within an independent consultancy.

The Chartered Quantity Surveyor''s Requirements

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying / Cost Management
• MRICS qualified
• Strong consultancy experience
• Confident managing client relationships independently
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong team player with leadership potential
