We''re working with a leading global multi-disciplinary consultancy who are looking to appoint a Chartered Quantity Surveyor to join their Bristol property team. This is a client-facing role with the opportunity to deliver a wide range of projects, manage relationships, and contribute to the continued growth of the regional team.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver cost management services across the full project lifecycle, from feasibility through to final account.Prepare cost estimates, cost plans, and tender documentation.Lead procurement, tender evaluation, and contract administration.Manage and develop strong client relationships.Provide support and guidance to junior team members.Contribute to business development and team growth initiatives.What We''re Looking ForChartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS).Strong PQS/consultancy background with experience across property sectors.Excellent knowledge of JCT/NEC contracts.Confident communicator with proven client-facing experience.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Based within reach of Bristol for team and client commitments.What''s on Offer 45,000 - 52,000 salary (DOE).Market-leading benefits package including healthcare, pension, and bonus.Hybrid working with flexibility and trust.Opportunity to join a large, high-profile consultancy with clear career progression.Interested?
