Chartered Quantity Surveyor

A leading multidisciplinary consultancy is looking to appoint a Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) to join its growing Bristol office.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of high-profile developments across the commercial, residential, education, healthcare and mixed-use sectors. You'll join an established cost management team with a strong pipeline of work, excellent career progression and the opportunity to work with some of the region's most recognisable clients.

• Delivering pre and post-contract Quantity Surveying services
• Preparing cost plans, estimates and tender documentation
• Managing procurement and contract administration
• Undertaking valuations, change control and final accounts
• Providing commercial advice throughout the project lifecycle
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Working closely with project managers, design teams and stakeholders

• Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS)
• Consultancy background with experience delivering construction projects
• Strong knowledge of JCT contracts
• Excellent commercial awareness and client-facing skills
• Experience managing projects from inception to completion
• A proactive and collaborative approach

• £50,000 - £65,000 DOE
